Scuba Diving Training for Fire & Rescue Department

This training is designed to guide through the essentials of scuba diving and Apnea Diving (breath hold diving) ensuring that have both the knowledge and skills to safety and confidently. Diving is more than just a recreational activity; it is a opportunity to use diving skills for save and Rescue the drowning people for water bodies.

Training Objectives

• Conduct underwater search and rescue operations.
• Perform body recovery in drowning and disaster incidents.
• Support flood, cyclone, dam, and reservoir emergencies.
• Assist police in vehicle and debris recovery.
• Provide rapid response during urban and rural water incidents.

Eligibility & Prerequisites

Serving Fire & Rescue / Civil Defence personnel.

Medical fitness for occupational diving.

Strong swimming and water confidence.

Ability to work in zero visibility, confined, and high-stress environments.
